Assembly and Griddle use.

I have been a carpenter for 45 years and assembled countless things.
The instructions are not detailed enough and poorly illustrated in a realistic fashion.
We have been told a number of friends that the griddle side particularly drips fat creating a mess.

Assembled and ready to use. Weather was too hot to grill and a little rain here and there. A week later, I saw some rust on the grill grates, cover, and handles. I am a little concerned about the build quality.

This was a simple assembly with good instructions. I seasoned the griddle and the grill grates. Store them in a bag (canvas can be laundered) along with the grease pans when transplanting.
