Just put it together. Looks great, but haven’t used it yet. It was missing the side shelf tray. Hoping that will be replaced but just sent them a message.

Griddle box or griddle top is warped and wobbles very badly when secured in place. The shock bar is very stiff and does not close very well.

Just got this for Father’s Day and it is absolutely amazing! Nice being able to grill and griddle at the same time and on one device! This gets super hot, looks awesome, easy to assemble and has the Blackstone name, and for us, that’s synonymous with what we’ve come to expect from them. A great product, at an affordable price, that will last forever!
