Missing a lower shock bracket(1piece)#17. Other wise seasoning griddle now. Other wise I would give it a 5⭐️.

When I started it up this year it didn’t get hot as fast. So if I find that I disconnect gas open valves and start again.

This is my first Blackstone product, and we’ve only cooked on it once, but the pork chops were amazing and the vegetables were just as good. I like the ability of being able to cook multiple courses and one product. I also like that this is portable. We plan to take this with us when we go camping, but also using it here at home.
