Great Product, with a couple issues

We purchased our Tailgater a couple years ago and it has worked perfect since day 1. We have encountered a couple design flaws. First, considering the price, and high quality of the overall unit, the tires could have been better quality, as in rubber. Our plastic tires snapped while rolling across a flat surface, assuming the heat and cold weathered them making them weak. The other issue is the drip point at the back of the griddle does not drip cleanly into the drip tray. It drips down both inside the frame and outside into the tray, making a grease mess on the deck. I make a tin foil path from the griddle surface to the drip tray so it drips into the tray, but if properly designed, we wouldn't have to do that. Other than those two issues, we love our tailgater.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difficult to assemble

The grill/griddle works well and is versatile, however it is difficult to assemble. Some holes don’t line up and you have to be a bit inventive.

Very versatile, split burners,lids and mobile

We live for outdoors cooking and this has everything we enjoy, and its crazy heavy
Pullin out of truck !!
Yes had to ream out a leg whole during asmbly
Excited to have the split sides and we use the heck out of it
No issues about QuAlity after build
BUMMER ABOUT CHEAP WHEELS
We will buy metal hand truck wheels when that time comes
Our delivery was clean and box not damaged
Maybe stamp in large print
123lbs so drivers know
Addtional help Delivery
We bought for the Name and quality of our
Friends
Please BlackStone fix the shipping box
And align the leg mounting holes, toss some metal wheels on
Thanks for keepin us grillin many items at once

We love how the bbq itself works. Except when we were putting it together the shock that came with it was seized and we could not install it on the bbq for it would not extend open or closed.

Grill stand not very well built.

I just put my grill and griddle combo together and when I folded it up, the bolts on the handle stripped out and fell on the ground. Spent too much money on this item to be that cheaply made.

Been searching for a good combo grill / griddle combo and never seen this one on website but stumbled across it in store. Absolutely love it and bonus it’s portable! Cooks great and is perfect for small meals for me n wife
