Just purchased a 1550 tailgater combo. This is my first Blackstone and cooked our steak and scallop Valentine’s Day dinner on it last night and worked out great. Excited to learn more about this style of cooking.

Not really what I would consider portable.

This is a nice unit but it’s really heavy. Although it is on wheels and folds up, it’s too heavy and awkward to be considered portable. You’ll need 2 people to lift it into and out of a vehicle.
