Blackstone is a wonderful product when using correctly, I have a 36 inch flat top that I have used multiple times already making cooking all kinds of dishes easy. Also when it comes to assembling the units it is very DIY easy.

One thing missing

It is impossible for one person to move the grill without lowering it. I live in bear country and have to roll it inside at night. If there was just a pin through the hooks on the stand it would be perfect! Otherwise I love it.
