Wonderful 28” griddle. Deducted one star due to some manufacturing defects like the attachment points for the leg cross-bars not aligning on one side.

Love it...but not the lid!

After cooking on this griddle about 6-8 times I have enjoyed more and more each time until I opened the lid the last time I used it. As soon as I raised the lid up the right side hinge snapped a bolt off in the mount! Now I have a lid that will not open without being propped up or I have to take the lid off to use the griddle.

Better Instructions Please

We just put our grill together. The instructions were not great, but the hubby was able to figure it out. This is our second Blackstone and we are excited to try this upgraded model. It seems very well built. The bottom shelf that holds the propane tank is definitely a plus!!

We won this Blackstone at a company picnic. Best prize by far, although there were 100 prizes.
Hefty, sturdy, and great looking unit.
I know well be cooking several meals on this. Very happy with this Blackstone.
