Chipping and peeling after 1 year

I am extremely disappointed with my Blackstone. I have had it less than a year and it is already chipping and peeling. I seasoned it and cleaned it per the instructions. See attached pictures.

Assemble issues

Love cooking on blackstone. Difficult to assemble. Several holes for fasteners did not align with nuts and had to drill out. Lost 2 hrs assembly time. Instructions not clear for installing lower shelf until last steps to hange tank bracket and requires dissaswmbly and reassembly

Instructions are just ok. YouTube videos are a lot better. Did not come with the correct amount of two different screws needed for assembly.

First time using after seasoning, and one of the good bolts sheared. Love the griddle but the rest of it seems very cheap.
