Cooks great but door won’t shut

I purchased this barbeque approximately a year ago. I had trouble with the door immediately. I contacted Napoleon about it and all they sent me was a magnet which doesn’t do me any good because the door doesn’t line up with the barbecue. It’s a terrible set up! It barbeques very nicely, but that door is Terrible and we have to keep it closed with a bungee cord. What you want when you get a nice barbecue.
