[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this barbecue. I have had it for a long time. My husband has made many hot dogs, hamburgers and sausages on it. It still works very well considering the time we have had it and the numbers of items we have used to cook it with. I am beyond satisfied with this product

Well built high quality grill, however missing a magnet for door. I went on line and registered the grill and reported missing part,,,,never heard anything. Called them 2 weeks later said it would be sent out in 10 or so days,,,,I waited 20 days and called again, they said they are still on backorder and I should have them in 20 days.
I'm guessing they knowingly sent them out without the magnet seeing how they do not have the part. I expect better!

Finally I have a grill built to last and guaranteed to. No more tossing out a 5 yr old shell with all its guts rusted beyond repair and more costly to replace than buying a new grill.
I've grilled and cooked indirectly and everything has turned our near perfect. Ergonomically designed and easy to use. I've even used a griddle and it worked just fine. Very cool lighting mechanism and high quality parts. I could have spent way more but got huge bang for my buck with the Freestyle model
