Best of both worlds. Did I mention the option to add a smoke box? So much fun and food always comes out amazing! 15 year warranty too!

I purchased the griddle grates and use one griddle and one regular grate.
The best of both uses. Steaks on one side and veggies on the other.
The side burner is great also. Boils my corn on the cob quickly.
