This has to be hands down THE best grill I have ever owned. I've had this for 3 years now and performs like it did when I first got it. Easiest to clean and maintain of any grill. The BTU's is what I was initially sold on but after putting it together and using it the quality is first class. I would highly recommend this grill to anyone.

Really Good, but not perfect

I've had this grill for 3 seasons now. It is holding up very well. The burners are strong. It lights without hesitation. It heats fairly evenly across the three burners. Two small things could've been better. First, it does not have a fully enclosed backside. I don't know why. It just needs one more panel, but that panel wasn't included. Cost cutting perhaps? Second, the sizzle zone needs a stainless steel grate. The cast iron grate cannot handle the high temps and will wear out no matter how hard you try to maintain it.
Overall it is a strong grill and I recommend it.

Affordable, easy and great fit for my family

I bought this as an addition to my portable coal grill. Ever since I've been using this for practically every purpose - including coal bbq's (I bought the coal tray). Love the side burner as well. The grate produces excellent marks on the meat and my kids love it. I was a bit hesitant about the size, but it is perfect for my family of 4 and compliments my deck well. I'm extremely happy to have bought it as it has already produced many memorable weekends for us.
The grill itself is easy to put together and use and also the service has been excellent as well - I called in for an issue and the replacement parts were sent over within a week.

The Rogue Rocks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this BBQ as a replacement for an old one that couldn't keep the heat in and was falling apart. I hadn't put one together before and was a tad intimidated at the prospect of getting the fittings safe and secure. I took my time and followed everything to the letter. Overall an easy process. I lit up the bbq the first time and went inside to wait for it to heat up. I came out less than 1/2 the amount of time I used to and it was well above 550 degrees. Wow! And the wind was howling straight at it. I was impressed to say the least. Our first meal on the Rogue tasted awesome and the side burner worked miracles on the onions. Can't say enough about the Rogue. Cost effective, great looking, plenty of BTU's. This is my second Napoleon and I raved about it so much that my brother purchased a larger version. He really likes his Napoleon as well. Great feeling to buy Canadian ingenuity and a great product. Thanks for a a great grill!!
