This is my first gas grill as I have always grilled using charcoal and wood. I chose the Napoleon Phantom Rogue over another grill with similar features and dimensions mainly because the quality of the Napoleon materials appeared to be superior. I’ve had it for 2 weeks and cooked on it twice - hamburgers, chicken and corn on the cob. Everything turned out very well. I’m very pleased with the stainless grates, as well as the time savings of a gas grill over a charcoal grill. I’m still experimenting with burner settings and the resulting temperatures, but overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. My dealer’s service has been outstanding.

We bought this grill a week ago. We have cooked chicken, steak, green beans, and other vegetables this week. It has been a great grill very easy to keep the temperature you desire. Still learning how to seat, but overall love the new grill. My three year old loves the lights on the grill.

Just had my BBQ for a few days and already used it several times. I am already impressed with the even heat distribution and control of the temp. Very sturdy and easy to clean. The 15 year bumper to bumper warranty means I'll never have to go back to another cheapo BBQ that you have to change every 4-5 years.

Burners fire up immediately, every time without fail. Infrared burner is a game changer. Searing is a breeze. I am cooking better tasting food with this grill, everyone tastes the difference!
