I mean just look at it! My first Napoleon and hope to get many years out of it. The phantom matte black finish is so awesome looking with the white back lit knobs. Can’t wait to try out the infrared burner with some steaks. Overall, I’m happy with my new grille, but I’m knocking a star off because some things could be better. 1) I do think it’s silly and cheap that a grille at this price point for natural gas still has a cut out at the bottom for a propane tank. You’re just asking for a small animal to smell the grease and crawl up there. Can keep the same base part, but should provide natural gas models with some kind of insert of something to cover this giant hole in the bottom. If you don’t want to include it then create an accessory for a reasonable price and I think a lot of people would buy it. 2) I was disappointed to find that the flag ship phantom model doesn’t have the bottle opener shown in the assembly instructions. Minor gripe, but just doesn’t make sense to take features away at this price point. 3) I find that the main stainless steel grates slide around just a little bit too much, would like them to be a bit more secure, tighter fitting. These are relatively minor things, and again overall am happy and would buy again. The Phantom is a great special edition.

Nice looking barbecue, lights immediately, easy to get propane tank in and out. Unfortunately the battery pack fell and broke when being delivered, a new one has been ordered so yet to see the lit up knobs.

This is my first gas grill as I have always grilled using charcoal and wood. I chose the Napoleon Phantom Rogue over another grill with similar features and dimensions mainly because the quality of the Napoleon materials appeared to be superior. I’ve had it for 2 weeks and cooked on it twice - hamburgers, chicken and corn on the cob. Everything turned out very well. I’m very pleased with the stainless grates, as well as the time savings of a gas grill over a charcoal grill. I’m still experimenting with burner settings and the resulting temperatures, but overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. My dealer’s service has been outstanding.

Just had my BBQ for a few days and already used it several times. I am already impressed with the even heat distribution and control of the temp. Very sturdy and easy to clean. The 15 year bumper to bumper warranty means I'll never have to go back to another cheapo BBQ that you have to change every 4-5 years.
