[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vorher hatte Ich ein Kohle Grill , ich entschloss mich umzusteigen und kaufte mir diesen Grill. Diese Leichtigkeit , keine Kohlen anzumachen grillen wenn es mal „schnell“ gehen soll. Durch diesen Grill bin ich erst richtig , ins Bbq gekommen. Kann ihn jeden der überlegt umzusteigen oder sich ein guten Gas Grill zulegen möchte empfehlen , der SE 425 ist für gute 6-8 Personen geeignet.

Fantastic Rogue se 425

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was going to purchase de prestige but did have enough money. I’m really not disappointed in my choice with the rogue se. It’s an all in one bbq really strongly built et backed buy a great 15 years warranty. I’ve been a Napoleon customer for more then a decade and I’m keeping coming back. This company rocks.
This is my 4th Napoleon as I keep upgrading each time and I love them all. The worst of it all is each grill that I purchased was never able to be used out of the box due to missing and or damaged parts. So other than the minor hassle of calling Napoleon, I still love this Grill. Napoleon's Customer Service is 2nd to none and I mean that literally as it is always Drama free and immediate resolve to fix and or replace and issues with the grill. Maybe one day in the future my Next Napoleon, Hopefully for the future when I make the move to get the Phantom RSE 425, it will arrive undamaged and with no missing parts.. Once again Napoleon's Customer Service puts me at ease knowing that they stand behind their Grills 110% each and every time.
First time user. Best grill I ever bought. Rouge SẼ425 with 15” side searing shelf. Beautiful made and cooks great. Now I just need to pick up the rotisserie for chicken and then it is complete.

Assembly is very well-thought and straightforward. The grills seem to be constructed very solidly. The IR side burner has done great with searing meat, as well as with higher heat Chinese style cooking. The grill seems very versatile and like a fun grill to use!
This is the 2nd Napoleon I have purchased. A few upgrades after deciding was time for a new one. 16 yrs later. The heat is amazing it produces and the infrareds are by far the best option to get. I do have a couple of issues with it ,like ignitor not working on the side burner and a magnet is missing on the door. The dealer i purchased from will sorta this out for me. I looked at the other BBQ's but came back because of the quality. If i get 16 yrs again well would more can you ask.

Not built for use with natural gas

I concur with the review from Lochness posted 9 months ago. The base of the propane unit has a hole in the base into which the propane tank sits. For the natural gas model it would have been such a simple and inexpensive modification to replace that base with a solid one. At the very least Napoleon could have provided a plate to close that gap, and prevent squirrels, mice or chipmunks from entering. A disappointing oversight. If this was done as a shortcut to avoid the modest additional engineering and manufacturing expense to make it a "legitimate" natural gas model, that is shameful for a company that promotes itself as the industry leader in high quality and technically advanced bbq's. Napoleon's response to Lochness's review demonstrates how little they value or act on customer input.
