After researching several grills, I decided on a Napoleon. Went to a local dealer to see it in person. Was satisfied with the quality and price point and made my purchase~they also helped loading it in my truck. I’ve used it about 6 times so far, and I’m very happy with its performance. I have a rotisserie on order~excited to use it and the rear burner.

I've been using my new grill for about 2 weeks now and loving it. Excellent searing burner, good even heat over the grilling surface. I would like some explanation for the various holes and notches in the warming rack but that is just me. Haven't used the rotisserie burner yet but hope to get to that this weekend.

Many Problems

Within short period of time the grill lighter was not lighting rear infrared burner, but lighting the side burner.
I was then lighting rear Infrared burner with handheld lighter, but 3 weeks ago the flame chaged from a blue 2 inch flame to a bright yellow 6 inch flame, therefore it is unusable!
Any suggestions?

I couldn’t be happier. The grill is everything I wanted. Looks great, heats even. The side sear station works great. Not sure I’ll get the rotisserie mostly got it for the side sear. Overall great experience so far.
