I had to get the panel replaced by customer service due to rusting. Trying to regulate the heat is a bit difficult as the grill overall runs hotter than I expected.

I wanted this one particular model after both a long and exhaustive online search as well as visiting several dealers in my area. Although the newer units (in stock)were in the Matt black I wanted this stainless steel model. Only one seller within a 100 mile radius had it in stock but fortunately for me it was deeply discounted! Unboxing and assembly showed the quality and careful thought that went into the manufacturing of this grill. After ownership of just a couple weeks I would unequivocally recommend this grill. I have since purchased the cover, the rotisserie and the charcoal tray!

I bought this Rogue® SE 425 RSIB about 18 months ago. Love the folding side shelf (only one with the infrared side burner). Easy to clean. was able to cook a 13lb spatchcock Turkey! AMAZING!
Also got the charcoal tray (67732), the smoker box (67013) and the griddle (56425) which makes it extremely versatile for a small city balcony!!! Worth every peny!.

The bbq cooks really well. the one problem I have is that the electrical system for the lights and for lighting the two infrared burners do not work. changed the batteries, checked the connections and also asked by email to get a solution but no reply from napoleon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vorher hatte Ich ein Kohle Grill , ich entschloss mich umzusteigen und kaufte mir diesen Grill.
Diese Leichtigkeit , keine Kohlen anzumachen grillen wenn es mal „schnell“ gehen soll.
Durch diesen Grill bin ich erst richtig , ins Bbq gekommen.
Kann ihn jeden der überlegt umzusteigen oder sich ein guten Gas Grill zulegen möchte empfehlen , der SE 425 ist für gute 6-8 Personen geeignet.

This is my 4th Napoleon as I keep upgrading each time and I love them all. The worst of it all is each grill that I purchased was never able to be used out of the box due to missing and or damaged parts. So other than the minor hassle of calling Napoleon, I still love this Grill. Napoleon's Customer Service is 2nd to none and I mean that literally as it is always Drama free and immediate resolve to fix and or replace and issues with the grill. Maybe one day in the future my Next Napoleon, Hopefully for the future when I make the move to get the Phantom RSE 425, it will arrive undamaged and with no missing parts.. Once again Napoleon's Customer Service puts me at ease knowing that they stand behind their Grills 110% each and every time.

Great grilling with a style

I bought my Napoleon SE 425 towards the end of 2022 summer grilling season, in order to replace my charcoal Kettle Grill. And it was really good move, I enjoyed my steaks even during the winter.
The biggest feature IMHO is the sizzle zone - infrared side burner. Also, this Phantom model has stainles steel grids, so it is very easy to clean. I use dishwasher machine after cleaning by hand-brush.
The size of the Rogue 425 is good enough for a 3-member family + occasional guests from the neighborhood.
Last but not least, I love the “stealth” Phantom design. Good job Napoleon!
