Great griddle with excellent heat distribution and plenty of cooking space. Heats up fast, cooks evenly, and is perfect for breakfast, burgers, and large meals. Solid build, easy cleanup, and very reliable. Highly recommend the Blackstone 2350.

Love the idea but if anyone who is disabled or even weighs under 120lbs, there is no way they are getting this thing off the ground. There has to be a better way to extend the legs and lock them in rather than just shear body weight and strength. I would not buy this for my parents or anyone that is not a super stable, fit, strong individual and that cuts your market down by a lot of people. A hydraulic system may need to be implemented in the legs to ensure that anyone, no matter their ability could use this great product. Most travelers are of retirement age and this seems like it will injure or destabilize even very abled individuals. I would pay an extra $50 if I was able to lay it flat and activate a slow rise at the push of a button or pull of a lever.
