Solid portable option with a nice cooking area.

I own a barbecue food truck and we use a Blackstone to cook vegetables. Since we are dealing with larger quantities, I needed a decent sized cook area that would reduce time compared to some of the options on the market. This is big enough, but yet portable enough that I can put it in the back of my truck by myself. It heats up fast and cooks very nicely. At home I still utilize my 36 inch culinary model. Highly recommend this product.

Bought for the campsite due to how much we love our other blackstome products. Don’t expect any surprises with this one.

Love my Blackstone 2350. The legs fold up very easily and the wheels make it extremely portable. 22 size is perfect for cooking for up to 10 people, you can make breakfast, lunch and dinner on it with minimal clean up. It came with a great cover that is quick and easy to put on and I very protective of the griddle. The perfect griddle for a camping and put doors.
