Bought it for our 5th wheel which has an outdoors kitchen. Setup is simple. Only complaint is lighting the gas is a little tricky due to the suuply/spark timing. You have to get the gas to the burner and then turn nob back to the states.

Bought the 2350 model for ease of movement. Putting it together was easy enough. Have to say that the spot welds on the griddle to hold it down (by a bracket with screws) really is below standard. Couldn't figure out why the screw holes didn't line up until I realized that the bracket was not right because the spot welds didn't work. One side was perfect. Which is kind of all you need.
