Quality and engineering are poor

Attaching first wheel the inside threaded sleeve came off. Poor welding. Second wheel was not much better. When you tighten collared bolt it locks wheel on so it doesn’t spin. The threaded sleeve is too deep for the offset so it pinches wheel.
