Great but a big problem

I’ve had two of these now (got a replacement to fix a problem but it still isn’t fixed). When you use a small propane tank like the one advertised, it will freeze up and limit the propane flow. I think this is something to do with the way the regulator is designed, so I need to try and get a large propane tank to limit the flow of propane and slowly ease it up. But all that to say, I do love cooking with the thing! Just wish I could leave the burners on a little longer before it always gives out on me! I’ve made some great meals already

First off, I always wanted a blackstone. When I recently replaced my furnace and air conditioning unit, the company was giving a small blackstone and a box of blackstone products. Very nice. I quickly saw how much I enjoyed it, but thinking about the possibilities I would have with a bigger blackstone !! That’s my next purchase !!

Very Solid! Too Solid?

I love our new Blackstone, but didn't anticipate the huge weight of it. I know it is a die cast griddle but didn't realize how heavy that meant it would be. On the go is a little generous of a title. That being said, this is a high quality unit and look forward to keeping it for many years.
