I have been debating on getting a blackstone for years but loved the portable/ease of my old grill on wheels. This was a no brainer to get when I saw they made one with foldable legs and wheels!

My first Blackstone

I wanted a blackstone and thanks to the 40% memorial day sale I went ahead and chose the travel version. At home I only cook for 2 and we do camp so I thinking 2 burner is perfect for my needs. After assembly and seasoning the griddle I put some shaved rib eye on and made some awesome cheesesteaks

Other than a couple screw holes that was hard to run in the screw. Assembly was pretty straight forward.
