Great product fun to cook on

It is a very well made product enjoy cooking on the cast iron. One item that would make it even better is in the front side be able to tilt the cast iron cooking area back just a bit to get the grease to flow back to the trap. I noticed when cooking on it camping I hand to find the perfect spot that would work. Tried putting something under the wheel just was not stable. Could be a small built in leveling jack or two blocks one design for the wheel the other for the front leg. Small problem on my side to work around but would be nice to have a way to cook at any location camping. Great job on the design.

New Blackstone Owner...love it!

This is our first Blackstone griddle and we absolutely love it. We have a regular large grill on our patio, but we wanted something smaller more portable for our deck. This one is perfect. Love that it’s so portable so that we can move it anywhere and even take it with us if we want. I was intimidated by the seasoning process, but it ended up being so simple. We cooked on it for the first time yesterday and food was delicious. Looking forward to lots of summer cooking!

Initial impression was excellent, until time to attach handle to lid. Supplied screws were too short to reach threads. Fortunately, I had some M6-25 on hand, that solved the issue. Otherwise,I would have given it 5 stars.
