As right now im satisfied with the griddle, i give a 4 stars just because i dont like the welding work on the side shelf… looks pretty flimsy and im crossing fingers doesnt break any time soon

Does not cook very hot. Now I have to go thru the troubleshooting stuff and likely replace the regulator

Broken Wheel

After seasoning the griddle for our first use, I folded the griddle and the front wheel came off. The inner workings of the wheel detached from the wheel.
