Love the Blackstone… hate the fit and finish

The his is my 3rd blackstone. What changed? The first 2 seemed to be real high quality. This one has holes that don’t line up properly, things are just a bit crooked and off. What gives?
The rest of it is great but it’s a lot of money for a cheap griddle quality finished product.

Assembly instructions not for amateurs

Assembly was fairly easy, however, for someone who is not used to assembling items the instructions could’ve been a little more specific with regards to labeling the screws and which ones go where.
