Good with some issues

This is the second 2350 model I’ve bought. I love using it except for the regulator issues I’ve experienced. I ended up returning my first one without pinpointing the exact issue - which I’ve found out to be the regulator piece. When you try and use the small propane containers like advertised on this product’s packaging and instructions, the propane tank freezes up and the gas flow dwindles out even on high heat. The easiest fix would be to reset the regulator and slowly let the gas back in, but you are unable to directly control the flow of the gas with the small propane tanks. I need to invest in a bigger propane tank but it’s a bummer because I’d like to be able to just throw my grill in the car with a small tank. If anyone has experienced the same issue and has found a good fix with the small propane tanks, let me know! I would love to be able to grill hassle free!

Soft metal screw alignment

Some screws didnt line up proper so soft metal screws striped easily. Could not get 2-3 fully in

Regulator

First day out of the box and put together, I seasoned the griddle according to the instructions but when I begin to cook dinner the regulator did not work. I was unable to speak with customer service for assistance because they were closed for the evening. I will update this review after I speak with Blackstone.
