Poor quality right out of the box.

Poor quality immediately out of the box. Nothing fit quite right, screws cross threading into the wheels and won’t go all the way in. Very disappointed in this product as it’s my first Blackstone product. Likely won’t purchase another

Terrible craftsmanship

DO NOT BUY THE FLEX FOLD MODEL! Assembly made challenging by mis aligned and holes. Was able to attach enough screws to hold it together. First time folding it up after seasoning process, the right side shelf used to lift and fold the unit snapped right off. Thinnest gauge metal at the most critical joint. Disappointing design and cheapness of material.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful portable griddle

Bought this for a beach vacation and it worked wonderful! Only took about 30 mins to assemble and all worked great. We enjoyed cooking dinner and breakfast on this griddle. Can wait to use it more often at home now!
