Flame Won’t Stay Lit

Grill ignites but flame goes out after 30-60 seconds. Worked fine the first 2 cooks, but not anymore. I disconnect the propane, wait 15 minutes and the same thing happens, even when trying multiple propane cylinders.

Unit was easy to assemble and perform initial start-up. Seems sturdy and well made. Only defect i could find is the same I read about online. The various holes and threaded holes that make up the leg assembly dont all line up. At least 2 screws wouldnt have fit if I didnt own a tap/die set that allowed me to fix the issue. Apart from that, it seems like a great piece of cooking equipment. Oh and although there are many aftermarket choices available online, a grease strainer should be included with a minimum of 1 foil grease box liner.

Great griddle.

Unit was great once assembled.
Many holes were slightly misaligned and many threads were not clean enough to start the screws straight. Fortunately I was an auto tech for 45 years and had the tools to deal with that. Great unit, but expected better fit during assembly. Required 6mmx1.0 tap and die to complete assembly.

Lid Handle

I give this a 3 star because when we received the grill, the handle was full of rust. Everything else was great, but for paying this much for a grill and to have the handle be like that right out of the box, I find it absurd.

Can’t get parts

OTG 22" Griddle with Flexfold Legs
Used twice and roller on flexfold legs broke free of rail. This takes need legs since roller bolt is welded on flexfold leg. Been waiting 5 months. They will not replace grill so I have something to use. They refused to replace and why I am waiting on these backorder legs. But, they can sell new ones and I’m still waiting on replacement flexfold legs! Terrible service and response to consumer!!!
