Wheel won’t secure

Everything went fine other than one of my wheels not locking in place. The nut inside the bottom frame won’t stay in place

I have used this now twice since I purchased it, both times it hasn’t started the first few times I turn it on but eventually it after a few tries it will, hoping that this will work it’s way out

QC lacking

New unit lacking in QC as one of the upper legs bolt holes was not threaded. Will require a customer service call to replace the leg. Frustrating.

Just opened it up. I'm a little worried about the screws in the back holding up (seems like the metal was bent incorrectly / didn't fit quite right when we got it so it was really hard to get those screws in). If those hold up, then so far so good!

Great! But not super great hardware.

It was missing 2 of a specific type of screw. But thankfully the other kind had the same thread size. Looks a little funky but hey it’s functioning. And one of the screws on the handle with the tray didn’t want to catch the thread. So I used a drill to force it in. Ended up stripping the screw head pretty bad. But it is in there. Other than those 2 minor issues. It’s pretty great.

Warranty

Card in box says scan to activate warranty. You then go through process and it tries to make you buy warranties.
