Missing Part

I have a bigger Blackstone griddle and was looking forward to this new 22” with hood and flex fold legs. I plan to do a lot of tailgating this year with it. When I assembled it I realized it was missing a latch assembly. Makes it more difficult to use and move around without the latch assembly.

Just got out Blackstone Griddle. Instructions were very clear for putting it together. Only needed a screwdriver and Adjustable wrench. From opening box to ready to cook was about 20 minutes. Very well built and heavy duty. Looking forward to years of use.

This is the second 2350 model I’ve bought. I love using it except for the regulator issues I’ve experienced. I ended up returning my first one without pinpointing the exact issue - which I’ve found out to be the regulator piece. When you try and use the small propane containers like advertised on this product’s packaging and instructions, the propane tank freezes up and the gas flow dwindles out even on high heat. The easiest fix would be to reset the regulator and slowly let the gas back in, but you are unable to directly control the flow of the gas with the small propane tanks. I need to invest in a bigger propane tank but it’s a bummer because I’d like to be able to just throw my grill in the car with a small tank. If anyone has experienced the same issue and has found a good fix with the small propane tanks, let me know! I would love to be able to grill hassle free!
