Rust in 2 weeks

We purchased our new Blackstone grill on July 4th. It worked great. Afterwards, we cleaned, cured and stored the grill. The next time we opened it up for use (1 week later) the interior lid and flat top had rust everywhere. I cleaned it up used the grill again, cleaned, cured and stowed, only to open the grill to find more rust.
