Assembly directions were clear and accurate, would have gave a 5-star rating but no where in manual does it say the proper procedure to fold the unit down

Best brand griddle -- always have one, always will. My first lasted years but we moved out of state and it was too big to take so we got this flexfold instead for easy travel. LOVE IT
