Assembly was pretty straightforward, instructions were easy to follow. All the parts were included and Everything fit like it should. Started right up and I am currently doing the optional additional seasoning and looking forward to making breakfast tacos on it in the morning!

Every time I visit my parents my dad cooks on his Blackstone, I’ve been shown the ropes and cooked on his a couple of times. My parents just got my fiancé and I our own to celebrate getting married in the fall. I can’t wait to use this for every possible reason!
