We enjoy using it. We've even done pancakes and biscuits. Still learning temperature control for biscuits.

A bit of a buzz kill for a Father’s Day gift. Several different issues with this griddle. As you can see all photos that were taken was as it came out of the box and being put together
I’m currently an owner of a four burner 36 inch and this is my fourth one of these little guys that I put together for family and friends. So I am very familiar with Blackstone griddles.

What we were looking for in a griddle. Compact for storage and easy to bring along camping.

This worked well during our first use. It does not season/heat up around the outer edges very well though.

Does great for two people always on the go. We bought the attachment for the 20 propane tanks and now it is perfect.
