QC lacking

New unit lacking in QC as one of the upper legs bolt holes was not threaded. Will require a customer service call to replace the leg. Frustrating.

Omnivore Flex-Fold Cart Griddle W/Hood

I have used this now twice since I purchased it, both times it hasn’t started the first few times I turn it on but eventually it after a few tries it will, hoping that this will work it’s way out

Wheel won’t secure

It's a really nice griddle and can't wait to use it. Only downside is it does not sit flat. It has a slight rock side to side but I'm sure I won't notice when camping on eleven ground anyway.
