On my second use the left side burner knob is now turning freely. Very concerned about whether the knob is in the off position. Is it possible to have a replacement?

GREAT GRIDDLE AT HOME OR ON THE GO

This griddle like all blackstones are amazing. This particular griddle i recently upgraded to from my other 22" griddle. This upgrade has made portability even easier rolling to the truck, sliding in the truck bed and with the flexfold legs it pops up in a second and allows for more table space at the campsite. 100% recommend!
