Assembly was easy, it would be nice if all the screws came with a drop of loctite on the threads.

Great griddle … a bit harder to assemble than I expected especially since the top cover handle screws are too short otherwise it functions very well

This thing is a tank. Very sturdy, very easy to assemble, and very easy to take with you on the go.

It’s working great for meals when guests come over or to do big meals for meal prep during the work week!
