Good grill but design flaw

The grill is good. Heats well and cleans easily when properly seasoned. BUT the design is such that you cannot remove the grease pan or holder without removing the griddle top. That means you have to locate a screwdriver! And the aluminum pan has to be squashed just to get it out unless you remove the griddle completely. So everything has to cool down before this....add time to your GO process. This design stinks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
