Great griddle with excellent heat distribution and plenty of cooking space. Heats up fast, cooks evenly, and is perfect for breakfast, burgers, and large meals. Solid build, easy cleanup, and very reliable. Highly recommend the Blackstone 2350.

Instructions misleading

Had some difficulty with setting this up. The instructions indicate you can easily but the griddle base upside down on a flat surface but it was already fairly securely attached to the lid/griddle surface. Managed to put the entire thing on a piece of foam inside the box but it was not indicated that these would come already attached.
