Assembly / Damaged Parts

Super excited to use but first I need parts. Manufactured parts were damaged so assembly cannot be complete with wheel will be reaching out to Blackstone Monday.

Missed the mark

My Blackstone was a Christmas gift. There was no manual in the box. Two different threaded holes were fouled and needed to be chased with a tap before the stand could be assembled. With all of the hype about the brand I expected better quality control for such an expensive griddle.

Love this! Only complaint is the brackets on the hood cover/lid were bent an I had to purchase longer screws to bolt it to the body.
