Fishing just hot better

I won the Blackstone 2350 in a raffle, and it’s turned into one of my favorite pieces of gear. The size is perfect for my wife and me, especially on fishing trips. There’s nothing better than cleaning the day’s catch and cooking those fresh proteins right on the griddle—hot, fast, and flavorful.
It’s equally amazing for breakfast when we’re camping. Pancakes, crispy bacon, and fresh eggs from our own chickens come out perfectly every time. The heat distribution is even, cleanup is easy, and the controls feel precise.
My favorite moments are simple ones: sitting in a folding chair, coffee in hand, cooking alongside my best friend—my wife. The 2350 makes those moments taste even better. Highly recommend for couples, campers, and anyone who loves fresh, outdoor cooking.

3 cooks on it
First two cooks were really hot and burned my food
I was using the adapter to be able to run a 20lb tank
Perhaps too hot?
Used a 1 pound tank today with the adapter that came with it and no where near the burning problem
I want to be able to use the 20lb tank though, like I’ve seen in many videos

As expected, the construction of the product is great. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. 22” is just right for the two of us. Love it being portable. It can be for home and camping.
