Trouble lighting

Both igniters must be used numerous times to light each burner. This is our 4th Blackstone grill and we have never had problems out of the box. We have to keep removing the screws to use a lighter. Grill seems well made other than the igniters.

My wife got it for me for my birthday. Im so happy with it. I have a small family as of now and the fact that it's portable just works so well with our lifestyle. Been using it for awhile now and it has and will never let me down!

Works great, easy set up!

We cooked Saturday morning breakfast this last weekend on the front porch of the cabin and it was a King’s feast! Perfect size for a small space and for campers without losing your cooking surface area. Fair warning - the powder coating on the top of hood started to come off after cooking on it the first time.
