Fairly simple to put together. The last two screws took some muscle to secure due to it not being flush. I have not used it yet, but seems sturdy.

Used/Refurbished Griddle Received

Bought my first Blackstone and was so excited until I started noticing rust throughout the griddle and a man’s footprint on the flat griddle itself. I’m beyond disgusted.

A couple of QC issues

One of the front locking holes are bent so the griddle isn’t flatly seated. Also, one of the brackets in the back was difficult to screw into the body because it almost doesn’t reach or was welded inaccurately.

Absolutely love this griddle. The sear on the meat is amazing. The meat is so tender and juicy. My only regret is not getting the 28”
