Fishing just hot better

I won the Blackstone 2350 in a raffle, and it’s turned into one of my favorite pieces of gear. The size is perfect for my wife and me, especially on fishing trips. There’s nothing better than cleaning the day’s catch and cooking those fresh proteins right on the griddle—hot, fast, and flavorful.
It’s equally amazing for breakfast when we’re camping. Pancakes, crispy bacon, and fresh eggs from our own chickens come out perfectly every time. The heat distribution is even, cleanup is easy, and the controls feel precise.
My favorite moments are simple ones: sitting in a folding chair, coffee in hand, cooking alongside my best friend—my wife. The 2350 makes those moments taste even better. Highly recommend for couples, campers, and anyone who loves fresh, outdoor cooking.

We cooked Saturday morning breakfast this last weekend on the front porch of the cabin and it was a King’s feast! Perfect size for a small space and for campers without losing your cooking surface area. Fair warning - the powder coating on the top of hood started to come off after cooking on it the first time.
