Great griddle

The griddle is steel and seasons up nicely. I had a hard time assembling it as the screws are almost as soft as plastic and tend to strip out. I also had to search google to find out what the griddle material was. In any case it’s together and working and a joy to cook on.

Disappointing start

Aside from much of the griddle’s construction feeling a bit flimsy, it was INCREDIBLY disappointing to assemble the whole thing just to find that it was missing the LP regulator. We’ll see if things get better or worse.
