LP Gas Regulator Issue

I received model 2350 as a gift from my Boy Scout Troop (served as Scoutmaster for 7 years). I put the griddle together and ignited but the flame output did not seem right. I troubleshooted using the manual with no success. I noticed the LPG Regulator freezing and disconnected from the griddle. Propane continued to leak so I think the regulator is bad. I plan to contact Blackstone to see if the can help with the issue or send me a new regulator. Hopefully I will be updating this review from a one star after communicating with customer service.

So far so good. Seasoning it as I type this. I think this will be a learning curve compared to traditional grills but I’m looking forward to all of the potential meals to come!

Loose wheel out of the box

I have put it together and there is a loose wheel straight out of the box they're nut SERT has not been fitted properly

Not to hard to put together

There was more assembly than I thought there would be, but it was not too difficult. It made it easier with my wife helping me lift and turned the product. It did fire up on the first try. Tomorrow I get to clean the griddle and then season it. I look forward to using it really soon.
