Cooks great, bad wheel design.

The wheel design is horrible. The sleeve the wheel rides on is not long enough, so the screw doesn’t tighten down on the sleeve it tightens down on the wheel, so when you roll it it, it either tightens the screw or loosens it depending on what direction you’re rolling it.
