Good grill, leg latch broken after first use

I bought this grill for a five day camping trip with my family. It performed well as far as the griddle and burners go. However, somewhere along the way the latch that holds the legs in the closed position, broke. This rendered the rolling function useless as the legs would unfold once upward pressure was placed on the handle. That is the entire purpose of this grill so I am unsatisfied.

Legs are not welded correct?

Bolt holes are so misaligned I couldn't make the hole large enough to install one of the legs

Bad folding leg screws

Had trouble with the folding legs two of the screws did not wanna go in. They only went in partway and tried to strip out and that’s where I left them half in half out all the other ones went in perfectly fine, but these two holes had some issues.
