I love this Griddle. The only improvement I would hope for is more even heating across the surface. The center gets very hot and the sides and back hardly cook at all.

I was gifted this Blackstone as a housewarming gift from my parents, and I love using it. There are so many products to help enhance the experience and I’m wanting to support a brand from top to bottom when I like it you must know how to clean cast-iron or griddle top surfaces in order to get the best experience but once you do that, the sky is the limit.
