Nice cleans good but 3rd rack is a joke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans good but the 3rd rack is a joke it takes up space keeping you from getting more in the top rack a waste of space to my needs,Top rack feels flimsy I just hope it holds up over the years we will see.

Dissappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed because l had the service technician within a week. he came because it was leaking and found it was not level . Then two weeks later, another call, only to find out the water distribution valve is not working and failing, and the motherboard needs to be replaced. Only one month old, not very satisfied.l I am hoping that whirlpool will replace my dishwasher for a new one and not that model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Long run time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used my new dishwasher for about 10 days now. It does a wonderful job cleaning the dishes. The silverware shelf is a neat feature. I do not really care for the big top rack having so many levels in it. I would have preferred it to be mostly level.
I do not like the runtime. On average it washes dishes for 2 hours or longer. I started the machine around 8pm last night on a normal heated dry cycle and when I went to the kitchen at 1am the fan was still running in it. I have to open and close the machine to stop the sounds inside. I clean my dishes off so they don't have any food still on them. I do not understand why it washes for so long. I find that annoying. I run multiple loads some days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was installed on 1/8/25. Cleans the dishes great and is very quiet compared to our old dishwasher of 19 years. Delivery and install was very professional and easy. Plus, they hauled the old one away. So far the dishes are dry at the end of the cycle. Nice lower rack for plates and large utensils holder.

4.8 Good cleaning, fairly quiet.

Does an extremely good job cleaning dishes and the stainless interior is easy to keep clean.
