Great Dishwasher!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a wonderful appliance!!! I love the adjustable racks!! and the top rack for flat items is great!! It frees up space for spatulas, lids, and microwave covers that I had problems with in my old dishwasher!! The adjustable second rack is amazing also for smaller items like saucers, cereal bowls, and other smaller items. Even when you lower the rack, yes the second rack is MOVEABLE!!! What a great idea!! I Love all the NEW ideas and look forward to many years of service from this appliance!! THANK YOU WHIRLPOOL!!!

This dishwasher has exceeded my expectations. The third row feature is great, as well as the adjustable rack. The dishes dry well and the noise level is minimal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a nice upgrade! I love the touch resistant stainless steel finish and the controls on the top. The top rack for spatulas, turners and those other flat pieces is wonderful. The dishwasher runs so quietly!

New dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace a 14 year old dishwasher. The install was simple and straight forward. The only thing I did not like was the insulation pad was loose. I feel it should be tacked in place someway and if need be removed if owner wants it removed instead of fighting with trying to keep the darn thing on when pushed the dishwasher into the cabinet opening. So far I’m happy with it. I like the 3rd rack and the idea I can move the middle rack to different location if need be. The price seemed fair.
Again it’s brand new so I hope I like it.

Dissappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed because l had the service technician within a week. he came because it was leaking and found it was not level . Then two weeks later, another call, only to find out the water distribution valve is not working and failing, and the motherboard needs to be replaced. Only one month old, not very satisfied.l I am hoping that whirlpool will replace my dishwasher for a new one and not that model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
